V T Balram is a politician and a member of the Indian National Congress. He is the Vice President of the Kerala Pradesh Congress Committee. Balram represented the Thrithala constituency in the Kerala Legislative Assembly for two consecutive terms. He is the author of the book, Idapedalukal.
