Sridhar Nandedkar is an important Marathi poet of the post-natal generation. He has recently been awarded the 'Poetry Literary Poetry Award' by the Marathwada Sahitya Parishad. While moving towards the ideological mind in the left-wing ideology, Muktibodh's poetry and the early influence of Dalit literature became apparent in his poetry.
The collection of two poems, 'From the shores of Sufi prayers' and 'Parati Rasta Naayya', is a representation of Nandedkar's different writing.Sridhar's poems appear to be full of sensitivity. His poems are based on the value of manhood.
