After 25 years in the Tech industry he now runs an Edu Media / Coaching Company Penpositive doing media experiments intersecting Education, Entertainment and Social Awareness.
He runs 'PenPositive With Vinod' an English Video Series and Ballatha Pahayan, a Malayalam Video Series on Social Media. His content interests include Education, Career, Travel, Books, Stories, philosophy, Social Narratives, Political Commentary and Conversations with people known and unknown.
He is the author of two collection of English Poetry and has translated over 100 poems by International Poets into Malayalam under the pen name Marthyan.
