With extraordinary films screened in an eclectic atmosphere, we promise an incredible Film Festival experience at Kerala Literature Festival 2018 happening on the beach of Kozhikode from 8th February to 11th February.
Seeking out the best in international cinema, the Festival has opened windows to a world of film which give space for both international and domestic releases. Films like Leviathan, Velvet Revolution, Rabbit Proof Fence, Char Adhyaya, Visaarnai , 3000 Nights, Half a Yellow Sun are some of the films to be screened at KLF Film Festival. The film Festival is curated by Bina Paul -the recipient of two National Film Awards and three Kerala State Film Awards. Bina Paul is the Vice Chairperson of Kerala State Chalachitra Academy. The film festival does not adhere to screenings alone but various interactions with the acclaimed directors and also with authors whose stories are based upon giving the audience a unique experience. An exclusive venue called ‘Vellithira’ is where all the screenings are played.
